What this is

Door-to-door transport to an appointment and back, with a licensed driver who waits rather than dropping them off. Up to three hours in total. We confirm mobility needs, whether someone else is coming, and whether they want conversation or quiet. If they're up for it on the way home, that might mean stopping for tea, ice cream, or a slow drive past the water before heading back to the house. If they'd rather go straight home and sit in the quiet, that's exactly what happens instead. This is ordinary transportation, not medical transport, and the driver doesn't provide any kind of care. If someone needs assistance to move safely, we'll say so and help find the right service instead.
