Three separate contacts across one week, in whatever form suits the person receiving them. A phone call, a text, a card in the post, or a mix. We ask up front how they'd rather be reached and don't push if they'd rather not talk. There's no expectation that they respond to any of it. We tell you the week was completed without asking them to report back to you. Available anywhere.

Why we chose this
