What this is
Twelve cards, written by hand and posted one a month for a full year. They arrive long after the flowers stopped and the messages went quiet, which is exactly when they matter.
Your message goes in the first card. After that, Fare-Well keeps writing, month after month, so somebody is still showing up in the eleventh month.
The year closes with a heart-shaped birdseed tribute: a biodegradable seed heart they can set outside in a garden, at a graveside or by a window, where the birds come and finish it. Nothing to keep, nothing to dust, just a small living act of remembrance.
