Someone Waiting at Arrivals
A reliable person meeting their flight and driving them where they need to be, or getting them back to the airport.
- Hands-on, on Prince Edward Island
- Can be scheduled
Arranged after a call. Some things we arrange after a short call, so we can check the details and make sure we can do it properly. Tell us what's needed and we'll come back with what's possible and what it would cost. Nothing is charged until you've agreed to it.
What this is
A licensed driver meets the flight at Charlottetown, waits if it's delayed, and takes them where they're going. The return trip works the same way. We confirm the flight, the address and who's expected. Family flying in for a death or a diagnosis often arrive at odd hours into a house that's already stretched, and this means nobody has to leave to collect them. More than one person can contribute toward this. PEI only at launch.
What's included
- Meeting one flight at Charlottetown, including delays
- Transport to the address given
- Licensed driver with commercial coverage
- Flight monitored on the day
- Fare-Well handwritten card with your message
- A handwritten Fare-Well card with your message, and a memorial birdseed ornament.
Why we chose this
When someone dies, the people already at the house end up spending two days doing airport runs. It's the least useful possible use of the family members who are closest to it, and the easiest thing for someone far away to pay for.
Trish, Fare-Well Co.
