Arranged after a call. Some things we arrange after a short call, so we can check the details and make sure we can do it properly. Tell us what's needed and we'll come back with what's possible and what it would cost. Nothing is charged until you've agreed to it.
What this is
Door-to-door transport to an appointment and back, with a licensed driver who waits rather than dropping them off. Up to three hours in total. We confirm mobility needs, whether someone else is coming, and whether they want conversation or quiet. This is ordinary transportation, not medical transport, and the driver doesn't provide any kind of care. If someone needs assistance to move safely, we'll say so and help find the right service instead. PEI only at launch.

Why we chose this
Getting to treatment is rarely the hard part. Arranging it is. Asking a different person every week, tracking who's free, apologising for the imposition. A booked ride removes the asking, which is most of what makes it exhausting.
