What this is
Two people handle the setting up before a gathering and the clearing after. Tables and chairs, food laid out, urns going, drinks and ice, then the whole thing washed, packed and the room returned to how the venue wants it. Works at a hall, a church basement or a family home. We confirm the venue's own rules beforehand. PEI only at launch.

Why we chose this
The cleanup after a funeral reception falls to whichever women in the family are still standing, at nine at night, on the worst day of their lives. It is the single most avoidable piece of exhaustion in the whole thing.
