A forty-five minute conversation by phone or video, booked directly with the person receiving it. A lower-commitment way in for someone who wouldn't book anything longer. Non-clinical support, not therapy or counselling. Available anywhere.

- A handwritten Fare-Well card with your message, and a memorial birdseed ornament.
- Your card and ornament are posted separately, so something still arrives at the door.
Why we chose this
Plenty of people will take a short conversation and would refuse an hour, because an hour implies they need help. The shorter version gets past that.
