Arranged after a call. Some things we arrange after a short call, so we can check the details and make sure we can do it properly. Tell us what's needed and we'll come back with what's possible and what it would cost. Nothing is charged until you've agreed to it.
What this is
Someone takes charge of the practical side of the day. Timings, who is speaking and when, readings and music cues, liaising with the funeral home, the venue and the caterer, making sure the people who need seats have them, and fielding the constant small questions so they stop reaching the family. We meet beforehand to plan it and then the family doesn't have to hold any of it. PEI only at launch.

Why we chose this
Somebody has to run a funeral, and by default it becomes the most organised person in the family, who is also grieving and who then remembers the day as a logistics exercise. Handing it to someone outside the family is the difference between attending the funeral and managing it.
