Give us the name you would use out loud, either one person, like Margaret, or a household, like the MacLeod family. We use exactly that when we get in touch and on your card, so nothing arrives sounding official.

We reach out gently to arrange timing. They can decline, change the timing, or move it to something else that would help more, and can ask us not to get in touch again.

Depending on the item, that can mean Fare-Well wrapping or tissue, protective presentation, a short note explaining the support, and a delivery handled by a person rather than dropped at a door. The handwritten card carrying your exact words is the one constant.
